- Wash your face with common cleansers.
- Apply any night cream to the face and neck.
- Using upward strokes, gently move the guasha slab over your forehead, cheeks, lips and neck. If you have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes, close your eyes and gently roll your eyelids.
- Use the guasha on your face and neck for 5-10 minutes.
- Use guasha three times a week to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
