Usage:

Always follow the instructions on the package. Brush your teeth twice, not more than three times a day. Limit swallowing of the toothpaste to a minimum, always spit it out.

Keep out of reach of children. Children aged 6 years and under: For brushing teeth under adult supervision, use an amount the size of a pea to minimize swallowing of the toothpaste.
