Before using, shake well and apply evenly to the skin from a distance of 15 to 20 cm for one second, max 2 times a day. Do not cover treated areas of the body with clothing. Avoid eyes and mouth; do not inhale the repellent. The product is not suitable for children under 2 years of age.

Are you using the repellent correctly?

1. First, apply sunscreen, allow it to absorb, and then apply the repellent. If you need to reapply sunscreen after some time, this does not apply to the repellent unless you notice that insects are starting to bother you more. It is advisable to avoid 2-in-1 products that combine sun protection with insect repellent, as sunscreen needs to be reapplied more often than insect repellent.
2. Apply gently and evenly, and do not overdo the amount. Mosquitoes can find even small, unprotected spots on your skin. Shake the contents of the container and spray the product evenly on skin and clothing from a distance of 10-20 cm. For lotions and creams, it is important to follow the instructions on the packaging – they usually advise applying a thin layer of the product on exposed areas. That should suffice – it is not true that more repellent is better. Always avoid inhaling the repellent; therefore, apply it in a well-ventilated area and far from open flames.
3. Do not apply under clothing. Although clothing protects you from insects wherever it covers the skin, it is necessary to spray it as well. However, test the spray on a small hidden area of the fabric first to determine if it will damage it. Never use repellent under clothing. It is unnecessary and can harm you.
4. Apply the product to sensitive areas with your hands. Never spray directly on the face or ears. Spray the necessary amount onto your palm and then spread the product over your face, neck, and outer part of the ears. Avoid eyes and nostrils. Remember to apply to your head if you are bald or have shaved hair. The repellent can worsen cuts and other wounds, so avoid areas with broken or irritated skin. Wash your hands thoroughly after application, especially if you plan to eat.
5. Don't forget your legs, ankles, and knees. Ticks often reach these areas from low-lying plants, making them high-risk spots.
6. Think about the safety of children. Experts say that children under two months of age should not use repellent at all. Do not spray it directly on the skin of older children either. Spray the necessary amount on your hand and then apply appropriately to the child. Avoid their hands, eyes, nostrils, and mouth.
7. Repeat application only if necessary. A quality repellent protects for several hours. Some of us attract insects more intensely than others. If mosquitoes start bothering you again, it means it's time to reapply the repellent. Keep this in mind after swimming or heavy sweating, during which the repellent may wash off.

After returning from insect-free areas, rinse off the repellent thoroughly from yourself and your children with soap and water.
