Bath in Epsom salt:
Fill the bath with warm water and add Epsom salt. For every 25-30 kg of weight, add 0.5 cup (1dcl) of salt. Allow at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will maximise the elimination of toxins and the absorption of minerals from the water.
Method of use:
To help with constipation in adults: dissolve 2-6 teaspoons (10-30 g) of Epsom salt in 250 ml of water. Drink immediately.
Tip: Prepare an Epsom salt scrub: moisten a small amount of Epsom salt in the palm of your hand and massage into the skin in circular motions.
