For an effective bath, dispense at least 25 g of powder into a container of water.
Procedure for using the bath
for normal home use it is recommended to add to the bath (tub) min. 25 g of powdered preparation. However, in case of increased need, we recommend this dose 2 - 5 times higher. The bath should be warm, but not uncomfortably hot (normal human body temperature). The recommended time of stay in the bath is about 15-20 minutes, but it should not exceed 30 minutes. During the bath, we can perform the usual cleansing, but it is recommended to rest, relax and also breathe calmly and deeply. This leads to a greater feeling of relaxation and blood circulation in the skin. After the bath we recommend a short cool rinse - a shower. Afterwards, it is advisable to treat the skin with, for example, a body lotion with moisturizing effects for perfect care.
