Usage:
Always follow the instructions on the package. Directions for use: Use twice daily. Shake gently before use. Rinse your mouth with 10 ml of mouthwash for 1 minute and then spit it out. Do not rinse your mouth with water after use. Do not drink directly from the bottle. Do not swallow.
