1) apply to dry, intact skin
2) apply in the evening before going to bed, as the sweat glands are less active at night, initially use Perspirex every night until the desired effect is achieved (usually within one week). If you have sensitive skin, apply daily for two weeks. If irritation occurs, extend the time between applications.
3) Apply a small amount - about two upward strokes and two downward strokes to spread a thin film evenly in the centre of the armpit
4) Allow Perspirex to dry completely
