Try to think of it as a game. Smile and speak to the baby in a calm voice. Keep the head tilted to one side and gently guide the edge of the Physiomer nozzle into one nostril.Don't forget! Sea Water should always be at room temperature! Turn the baby's head to the other side and repeat with the other nostril.Don't forget! Hold the child's head to prevent injury to the nose by inadvertent turning during the application itself. Insert the suction nozzle into the nostril and then gently suction out the nasal mucus. Do the same procedure for the other nostril.Don't forget! Once you have finished your work, wash the nozzle and spray with warm Water and dry it.
