Wash your hands thoroughly - always handle the respirator with clean hands only. Place the respirator up to the nose, hold it with one hand and fasten it with the rubber bands with the other hand. Shape the clamp so that the respirator fits snugly along the cheeks and under the chin. When putting the respirator on and off, always touch only the rubber bands, not the respirator itself. Replace the respirator with a new one after at least 8 hours of wear. Put the used respirator in a plastic bag and seal it before throwing it away.
