Roller
Handling is very simple, just massage your face with it once or twice a day, for 3-5 min.
- apply cream, serum or oil to the skin
- to get rid of puffiness and under eye circles, put the roller in the freezer for a few minutes
- massage the eye and lip area
- when massaging, always work upwards and sideways
- start the massage from the neckline upwards to the neck

Wash the roller with soap and warm water after each use.
Guasha
- Wash your face with normal cleansers.
- Apply any night cream to the face and neck.

- Use the guasha on your face and neck for 5-10 minutes.
