Prepare a bowl and a wooden or plastic spatula (white clay should not come into contact with metal).Prepare a face and body mask by mixing clay and Water in a ratio of about 1:1. You can also enhance the mask with floral Water or 2-3 drops of a suitable 100% natural essential oil.Apply the mask to the face or body, except for the eye area and lips. Leave on for about 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm Water and pat dry.

You can make a wrap by applying a slurry of clay and Water in a thicker layer directly on the problem area. For use in the bath, just add 3-5 tablespoons and stir thoroughly in the Water.
