Scholl GelActiv Gel Insoles for Open Shoes 1 Pair

Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry before use. Remove the plastic overlay. Locate the left (L) and right (R) insole markings. Insert the insole into the shoe with the sticky side down. Place the front of the insole into the shoe so that it is under the sole of the foot. It is recommended to replace the insoles after six (6) months or at the first sign of wear. Remove the insole by slowly and carefully pulling it out of the shoe.

Can be used for open toed sandals and high heeled shoes.
