Spokar Jumbo facade roller for painting is designed for painting rough surfaces, mainly facades. It has flexible and strong padding (9 mm), which allows it to eliminate surface irregularities. It is padded, with a padding thickness of 9 mm. The surface and fibers of the rollers are closely related to the paint you want to apply to the wall. For large areas, such as walls in an apartment, it is better to choose a roller that is not only larger but also with longer fibers.
Polyacrylate - synthetic PAC:
Polyacrylate rollers for painting are recommended when using interior and dispersion paints. The fibers of the painting roller are typically of lower material quality but very good coverage per m². Polyacrylate has excellent resistance to the effects of light, weather, and microorganisms. Washing is only possible in lukewarm water. Strength is lower than that of other synthetic fibers, but the painting roller has less tendency to pill because of this. The most common rollers are made of polyacrylate. Professionals do not usually buy them, as they do not have such durability, but they are sufficient for regular painting.
Pile height 18 mm:
For painting rollers, the rule is that the finer the roller, the smoother the surface of the paint or coating will be, and also less paint absorbed with one dip. For large areas, such as walls in an apartment, it is better to choose a roller that is not only larger but also with longer fibers, so we can paint a larger area at once and thus reduce the number of joins that would need repairing. For rough surfaces (textured plasters or for the first painting after plastering), choose a roller with an 18 millimeter nap and with what is called padding (about a five millimeter layer of fabric glued to the body of the roller, giving it flexibility on uneven surfaces).
