Tablets should be taken preferably fasting 30-60 minutes before meals, but can also be taken after meals, swallowed without chewing and sufficiently washed down. The maximum recommended daily dose - adults 2 tablets, children 1 tablet - must not be exceeded.

Acerola extract 25%, Spirulina sp. 20%, dried wine filtrate with yeast 20%, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, lactose, sorbitol. Anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, talc, silicon dioxide.
1 tablet contains: Betaglucans 20 mg, vitamin C 30 mg (37.5% DDD), vitamin E 5 mg (41.6% DDD), wine polyphenols 1.41 mg, iodine 75 mcg (50% DDD), selenium 25 mcg (45.4% DDD).
