- Wash your face thoroughly to remove any creams, lotions or makeup.
- Open the package with dry hands and peel the tape off the plastic backing.
- Use the opened package immediately to make it easier to peel off the tape.
- Moisten the nose well with Water, otherwise the tape will not be effective.
- Place the tape on the moistened part of the nose with the shiny part against the skin.
- Press and remove air bubbles to ensure better adhesion to the skin.
- Allow the tape to dry and harden for 10-15 minutes.
- Slowly and carefully peel off the dried tape from the edges to the centre.
- Rinse off any residue with Water.
