Cleansing oil: can be used on the face and body, as often as needed. Avoid the eye area. Shower: use a small amount for washing, rinse thoroughly. Bath: pour 2-3 capfuls into warm Water. After bathing, gently pat skin dry, do not rub.
Moisturizer: apply a layer of cream to well-cleansed skin and gently pat in. Use at least 2 times a day.
