Use Colgate Plax Cool Mint mouthwash twice a day after brushing teeth. Measure an appropriate amount of mouthwash (usually 20 ml), rinse your mouth for 30 seconds, and then spit it out. Do not swallow. The product is also suitable for people with sensitive gums. Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
