Usage of Sensodyne Repair & Protect:

Brush your teeth twice a day, using about 2 cm of toothpaste. For immediate pain relief, first squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a clean fingertip and gently massage the exposed tooth neck for 1 minute. Close the tube after each use to protect its contents from moisture
