Usage of Sensodyne toothpaste with fluoride:

Always follow the instructions on the packaging. Brush your teeth twice, not more than three times a day. Limit swallowing the paste to a minimum, always spit it out. Sensitive teeth may indicate an underlying problem that requires immediate treatment. If symptoms persist or worsen, visit your dentist.

Composition of Sensodyne Anti Caries:

Aqua, Sorbitol, Hydrated silica, Glycerin, Potassium nitrate, Cocamidopropyl betaine, Aroma, Zinc citrate, Xanthan gum, Titanium dioxide, Sodium fluoride, Sodium saccharin, Sodium hydroxide, Sucralose, Limonene, Contains sodium fluoride 0.315% w/w (1450 ppm F).
