Usage of Sensodyne toothpaste:

Brush your teeth twice, but no more than three times a day. Minimize swallowing of the paste, always spit it out. Sensitive teeth may indicate an underlying problem that requires immediate treatment. If symptoms persist or worsen, visit your dentist. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not intended for children under 12 years of age unless recommended by a dentist or general physician. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. Do not use if the carton flaps are opened. Contains Sodium fluoride 0.3152% w/w (1426 ppm F).
