the application temperature of the silicone must be min. +20°C. Process the material at ambient temperatures between +5°C and +40°C. At temperatures below +5°C, it can only be applied if the joint surfaces are free of moisture, snow or ice. The surface of the joints to be filled must be clean and dry. Remove any grease with acetone or use Makroflex Cleaner. Alcohol can be used to clean metal surfaces. Remove the old grout completely and clean the joints. After proper joint preparation and installation of the protective masking, apply the sealant with an application gun and process it within five minutes using a spatula / squeegee dipped in soapy Water. Uncured material can be removed with solvent. Hardened material can be removed by grinding or other mechanical means.
Pairing: unscrew the application attachment and cut off the cap at the upper end of the cartridge. Screw the extension back on and cut diagonally according to the joint width (at an angle of approx. 45°). Insert the cartridge into the application gun. Squeeze out the sealant so that no voids are created.Remove excess material and smooth with a spatula or Makroflex Tool squeegee, adding a small amount of clean Water and detergent. It is not recommended to paint Makroflex AX 104 silicone because due to its elasticity the paint will not adhere to it.Clean tools and dirty surfaces with thinner immediately after use, before the silicone hardens. The hardened material can be removed mechanically using suitable tools (e.g. with a paring knife). Screw the cap onto the tip of the applicator attachment when work is interrupted.
Joint size: min. width 6 mm/ recommendation: for joints between 6-12 mm wide, the sealed joint depth is 6 mm; for joints wider than 12 mm, a 2:1 ratio between joint width and depth must be observed up to a maximum depth of 12 mm.
Use within 18 months from the date of manufacture (marked on the packaging). Store in a cool, dry environment at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C in the original unopened packaging. Not suitable for alkaline materials, corroding metals or bonding mirrors. For more information, please refer to the technical data sheet and the manufacturer's instructions. Density = 1.01 g/cm3.

Při vdechnutí: přeneste postiženého na čerstvý vzduch a ponechte jej v klidu v poloze usnadňující dýchání. Při požití: necítíte-li se dobře, volejte TOXIKOLOGICKÉ INFORMAČNÍ STŘEDISKO nebo lékaře. Používejte ochranné rukavice / ochranný oděv / ochranné brýle / obličejový štít. Při styku s kůží: omyjte velkým množstvím vody a mýdla. Při zasažení očí: několik minut opatrně vyplachujte vodou. Vyjměte kontaktní čočky, jsou-li nasazeny, a pokud je lze vyjmout snadno. Pokračujte ve vyplachování. Při používání tohoto výrobku nejezte, nepijte ani nekuřte. Uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí.
