Ceys Montack Invisible Universal Adhesive, 315 g

The Ceys Montack adhesive provides absolute adhesion for easy and strong fixation. Maximum versatility for ALL materials: porous and non-porous including fine and damp surfaces. Specially designed for transparent materials requiring a clean finish.

Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, for substrates that are brittle, decomposable, dusty, or non-stick, nor for damaged coatings.

Utilizes xTRA GRIP technology: branched polymers forming a three-dimensional network structure guarantees extreme initial adhesion, faster fixation, and maximum final durability.

Application of Ceys Montack High Tack adhesive:

• Specifically designed for applications where transparency is required, such as attaching glass and to glass, polycarbonate….
• Panels, boards, cladding, and sheets
• Skirtings, bases, decorative moldings, beams, profiles
• Electrical boxes, sockets, switches
• Hangers, soap dishes, handles, and accessories
• Door and window frames
• Signs and decorative panels

Materials - adheres to all:

Wood, metal, plastic, stone, bricks, concrete, plaster, cement, tiles, polyurethane (beams), expanded polystyrene, marble, mirrors, etc… Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE.

Using Ceys Montack High Tack adhesive:

1. CLEAN the surfaces to be bonded. Surfaces must be perfectly CLEAN, free from dust or moisture.
2. CUT the end of the cartridge closure and screw on the application tip cut to the desired profile. Insert the cartridge into the gun.
3. APPLY sufficient amount in dots or beads on one bonded surface.
4. JOIN the surfaces with a light movement for even application of adhesive and press firmly for at least 3 seconds.

The initial adhesion of the product depends on the application temperature. Optimal application temperature: +23 °C.

Recommendations:

Apply with a professional gun at temperatures between +15 °C and +23 °C. Use the special wide nozzle included with the product. Do not wait longer than 3 minutes between applying the product and bonding. Maximum strength is achieved after 24 hours (72 hours when bonding non-porous substrates, thick layers, or in areas with poor ventilation). Do not subject the item to load before this time has elapsed.
