Ceys Montack Invisible Bonding Construction Adhesive, 315 g

Ceys Montack construction adhesive with absolute adhesion for durable and easy fixing. Maximum versatility for ALL materials: porous and non-porous, including delicate and damp surfaces. Specifically designed for transparent materials requiring a clean finish.

Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), brittle PTFE, decomposable, dusty, or non-stick substrates or for coatings in poor condition.

With xTRA GRIP technology: branched polymers that create a three-dimensional net structure and ensure extreme initial adhesion, faster bonding, and maximum final durability.

Materials - bonds all:

Wood, metal, plastic, stone, bricks, concrete, plaster, cement, tiles, polyurethane (beams), foam polystyrene, marble, mirrors, etc… Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE.

Using Ceys Montack High Tack adhesive:

1. CLEAN the bonded surfaces. The surfaces must be perfectly CLEAN, free of dust or moisture.
2. CUT the end of the cartridge cap and screw on the application tip cut to the desired profile. Insert the cartridge into the gun.
3. APPLY in sufficient quantity in spots or beads on one bonded surface.
4. JOIN the surfaces with a light motion for even application of the adhesive and PRESS firmly for a MINIMUM of 3 seconds.

The initial adhesion of the product depends on the application temperature. Optimal application temperature: +23 °C.

Recommendations:

Apply with a professional gun at temperatures between +15 °C and +23 °C. Use the special wide nozzle included with the product. Do not wait longer than 3 minutes between applying the product and bonding. Maximum strength is achieved after 24 hours (72 hours in the case of bonding between non-porous substrates, rough layers, or in areas with poor ventilation). Do not subject the item to load before this period is over.
