Ceys vinylester chemical anchor, 300 ml, 2 + 1

Vinylester chemical anchor for extremely durable anchoring in hollow, brittle or solid substrates such as brick, concrete, cement, natural stone, wood. Hardens within 6 minutes without expansion, making it ideal for anchoring in situations where the risk of surface cracking exists. A certified product for extremely durable anchoring systems according to ETAG 001-1 Option 7. Its use is ideal in highly corrosive environments, in joints that must not allow water to pass, for underwater anchoring, and it is fire-resistant for a long time relative to maximum load pressure: F120.

Properties:

• Load capacity: 1,400 kg (Maximum anchorage strength M12 concrete > C20/28, anchoring depth 110 mm).
• Temperature resistance 80 °C to 120 °C.
• Optimal application temperature: 20 °C – can be applied even at -10 °C.
• Fire resistance: certification that guarantees resistance during fire exposure for up to 120 minutes.
• Water, humidity, and immersion resistant. Prevents corrosion of the physical anchor.
• Speed: handling time 5 minutes at 20 °C. Complete curing: 45 minutes at 20 °C.
• Drying time depends on temperature (see back label).

• Designed for fastening and anchoring screws, pins, threaded rods in struts, iron structures, etc.
• Mechanical fastening of tanks
• Fastening substrates for heaters-accumulators
• Fastening mooring lines on boats
• Fastening posts

Materials:
Pore and solid or hard materials, brick, concrete, cement, natural and artificial stone, injection mortar, solid rock, masonry, galvanized steel, stainless steel, wood.

Instructions for use:

1. Unscrew the cap and cut both bags below the ring.
2. Screw on the mixing nozzle and insert it into the applicator gun.
3. Extrude the mixture until it achieves a uniform gray color.

A chemical reaction occurs during the mixing process, generating heat.

For HOLLOW materials:
(bricks, partition walls, walls or on carpentry windows and doors)

1. Perforate the surface
2. Clean the hole
3. Insert the screen
4. Fill the screen from the bottom up
5. Insert the anchoring element

For SOLID OR HARD materials:
(Injection mortar, natural stone, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and corrosion-resistant steel)
