Ceys chemical anchor vinylester, 300 ml, 2 + 1

Chemical vinylester anchor designed for highly durable fixing into solid, hollow and brittle materials such as concrete, bricks, cement, wood and natural stone. It cures in 6 minutes without expansion, making it ideal for anchoring in areas at risk of substrate cracking. The product is certified for high-load anchoring systems according to ETAG 001-1 Option 7. It performs excellently in highly corrosive environments, waterproof joints, and when anchoring underwater and exhibits long-term fire resistance in relation to maximum load: F120.

Properties:

• Ultimate load capacity: 1,400 kg (Maximum anchoring strength M12 concrete > C20/28, anchoring depth 110 mm).
• Temperature resistance 80 °C to 120 °C.
• Recommended application temperature: 20 °C – processable even from -10 °C.
• Fire resistance: certified stability when exposed to flames for up to 120 minutes.
• Resistant to water, moisture, and permanent immersion. Prevents the formation of corrosion on anchoring elements.
• Curing speed: working time 5 minutes at 20 °C. Full curing occurs in 45 minutes at 20 °C.
• Curing time depends on ambient temperature (details on the back label).

• It is intended for attaching and anchoring screws, pins, threaded rods in braces, iron structures, etc.
• Mechanical attachment of tanks
• Attachment of substrates for heaters-accumulators
• Attachment of lashings on boats
• Attachment of posts

Materials:
Pore and solid or dense materials, brick, concrete, cement, natural and artificial stone, injection mortar, solid rock, masonry, galvanized steel, stainless steel, wood.

How to use:

1. Unscrew the cap and cut both bags below the ring.
2. Attach the mixing nozzle and insert it into the application gun.
3. Squeeze the product until it has a uniform gray color.

During mixing, a chemical reaction occurs with an increase in temperature.

For HOLLOW materials:
(bricks, partitions, walls, or for carpentry windows and doors)

1. Perforate the surface
2. Clean the hole
3. Insert the grid
4. Fill the grid from the bottom
5. Insert the anchoring element

For SOLID OR DENSE materials:
(Injection mortar, natural stone, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and corrosion-resistant steel)
