1. Brush your teeth gently before each application.
2. Make sure your hands are clean and dry.
3. Remove the prefilled applicator from the sealed container and immediately place in the mouth so that the gel touches the surface of the teeth. You can whiten both upper and lower teeth at the same time.
4. Gently pull the lips over the applicator and close the mouth gently.
5. After 20 minutes, remove the applicator from the mouth and discard immediately.
6. Rinse the remaining gel from the teeth and gums with Water.
