
Highly concentrated strongly alkaline cleaning agent intended for use in all types of catering equipment (restaurants, corporate and school cafeterias, hotels, bakeries, butcheries, and food processing operations). Effectively and quickly removes burnt-on food residues, grease, unpleasant odors, and residues from baked, grilled, and fried dishes from grills, convection ovens, fryers, stoves, baking trays, hoods, grates, and stainless steel equipment. All equipment can be easily cleaned even when cold.
Use protective gear as per the information on the label.
Dosage concentrated or diluted 1:1 to 1:2. Apply using a special application gun. Let it act for 5-10 minutes. Remove dirt and rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
Always rinse the foam nozzle after application to prevent the natural crystallization of the sodium hydroxide contained in the product. If the nozzle becomes clogged, simply rinse it briefly with a stream of water.
Convection ovens: spray on the damp surface and let it act. Start the washing cycle. When using a heated convection oven, use up to temperatures of 50-65 °C.
Fryers: Drain the oil. Dose the agent diluted with water 1:10 to 1:20. Close and heat to a maximum of 65 °C for 20-30 minutes. Remove dirt, rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
Do not use on materials that are not resistant to alkalis. Be careful with contact with metal materials, as it may be corrosive. Do not use in combination with acidic agents.
