Listerine® Clean & Fresh mouthwash with essential oils, fluoride, and alcohol-free improves oral hygiene when used twice daily.

Usage:

Opening: press the cap and turn it.
Closing: turn the cap until locked.

Instructions for use: The mouthwash is particularly effective when used in the morning and evening after brushing teeth. Measure 20 ml (4 x 5 ml teaspoon) into a glass, swish around the teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. For children between 6 and 12 years, use 10 ml.
