Listerine® Clean & Fresh mouthwash, used twice a day, improves oral hygiene - with essential oils, fluoride, and alcohol-free.

Usage:

Opening: press the cap and turn it.
Closing: twist the cap until locked.

Instructions for use: Mouthwash is particularly effective when used in the morning and evening after brushing teeth. Measure 20 ml (4 x 5 ml teaspoons) into a cup, swish around the teeth and gums for 30 seconds and then spit out. For children aged 6 to 12, use 10 ml.
