use
- Wash your face with warm Water.
- Use a steam face bath or cover your face with a damp, very warm towel and leave it for approx. 3 minutes to act. This will open the pores.
- Dry your face. Apply the mask on the face or only on the problem areas of the "T" (forehead, nose, chin). Avoid the eye and eyebrow area.
- Wait 25-45 minutes for the mask to dry.
- Gently peel off the mask in one piece.
- Remove any particles of the unpeeled mask with a Cotton pad and make-up remover or a damp cloth.
- Use once or twice a week.
