Take the plastic bottle without the cap to the yellow container after use. We have plastic containers literally on every corner in the Czech Republic (on average we have 96 metres to them).
The bottle cap is made of aluminium. At home you can aluminum (lids, beverage cans...) to collect and take to a collection yard or small metal waste bin (the grey ones) once in a while.
