Use of Nubian tanning oil:

For full-body protection, apply the oil evenly in an amount of 6 teaspoons to dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Avoid the eye area. Applying a smaller amount reduces the level of protection. Repeat application throughout the day, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying. Avoid excessive sun exposure during midday (11 AM - 3 PM) and protect yourself with clothing, a hat, and sunglasses. Do not expose infants and small children to direct sunlight. Excessive sun exposure seriously endangers health. No sunscreen provides 100% protection from sunlight. Sunscreen may leave contact stains on fabrics and other materials.
