Usage of Nubian tanning oil:

For full body protection, apply the oil evenly in an amount of 6 teaspoons to dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Avoid the eye area. Applying a smaller amount reduces the level of protection. Reapply throughout the day, especially after sweating, bathing, or towel drying. Avoid excessive sun exposure during noon (11 - 15 h) and protect yourself with clothing, a head covering, and sunglasses. Do not expose infants and small children to direct sunlight. Excessive sunbathing seriously threatens health. No sunscreen provides 100% protection against sun exposure. Sunscreen may leave contact stains on fabrics and other materials.
