Important notice about O.B. tampons:
The enclosed leaflet with instructions on how to use the tampons contains important information about menstrual TSS, a rare but serious condition. Please read it and keep it for your health and hygiene.
A regular tampon is inserted with a finger about the length of an extended index finger. It should not be pushed upwards, but rather backwards. When positioned correctly, it is not felt and cannot fall out. It is important to find a suitable position for insertion and to relax the vaginal muscles. Removal is done by pulling on the string. Always wash your hands before and after handling the tampon.
