The skin must be completely dry and undamaged. Shake before use. Apply in the evening before going to bed. Sweat glands are less active at night. Apply every evening for the first 5 days of use. Long-term effects are ensured by application 2-3 nights a week, or as needed. Apply a small amount (approximately 2 strokes) as a thin even layer to the armpits. Allow Perspirex to dry completely.
