Sagen for water disinfection 10 g

Sagen is used at a concentration of about 1:100 000 to disinfect individual drinking water sources whose composition otherwise meets drinking water requirements. For ^1m3 of drinking water, 10g of Sagen is dosed by first dissolving it in a non-metallic container with less water and pouring the milky solution into the well. In order to disinfect the pipes of the pumping equipment at the same time, it is recommended to pump out several jugs of water 5-6 hours after disinfection or, if you have a household water supply, to open all taps and let the water drain.

The amount of Sagen required to disinfect each well is calculated by multiplying the well radius in meters by the same number and multiplying the result by 3.14. The number obtained is then multiplied by the height of the water column in metres in the well. The result determines the number of^{m3 of} water in the well. The minimum exposure time is 48 hours. Water cannot be used during this time. The optimum exposure time is 72 hours.

The product is not intended for continuous disinfection, the frequency of its application should be MAX. 2x A YEAR. Water treated with this product must not be used for the preparation of baby food. Use only according to the enclosed instructions.

Storage
Sagen should be protected from light and heat. Store in clean, dry and cool storage areas, free from chemical fumes up to 25°C, in original, tightly closed containers.

Sagen is a white crystalline powder with a salty taste, almost soluble in water to form a white haze which turns purple after a time.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. It irritates the eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention and show the container to the attending physician. Read the instructions for use thoroughly before using the product. The product must not be used except as specified in the instructions.
