The SILPO product represents a de-icing agent developed for removing packed and trodden snow, frost, ice, and black ice from transportation areas, roads, and sidewalks during winter maintenance. The SILPO de-icing salt effectively works down to -7 °C and removes ice around the house efficiently.
Snow-covered and icy surfaces should be spread with the product at a dosage of approximately 50 to 100 g per m². This will lead to the release of the removed layer of snow and ice by softening and melting it. The released slurry should be mechanically removed.
The SILPO agent is supplied in granular form, characterized by hygroscopic properties and good solubility in water. This chemical de-icing agent SILPO reliably handles the occurrence of black ice.
Snow-covered and icy surfaces are evenly spread with the product. This will lead to the release of the removed layer of snow and ice by softening and melting it. The released slurry should be mechanically removed.
Snow-covered and icy surfaces are evenly sprinkled with the product. Subsequently, the layer of snow and ice will be released by softening and melting. The loosened slurry can be removed mechanically.
