Spojené kartáčovny a.s. Pelhřimov patří mezi nejstarší a největší výrobce kartáčnického sortimentu ve Střední a Východní Evropě. S historií sahající až do roku 1882 se společnost může pyšnit více než 120 lety tradice, během kterých si vybudovala silnou pozici na domácím i zahraničním trhu.

Historie a vývoj společnosti

1882 – Josef Hrdina zahajuje výrobu rýžových kartáčů v Pelhřimově.
1909 – Založení První Pelhřimovské akciové továrny na kartáčnické zboží a štětky.
1948 – Známé znárodnění a začlenění do národního podniku Zadrev.
1950-1969 – Konsolidace a modernizace výrobních provozů, včetně výstavby nového areálu v Pelhřimově.
1991 – Privatizace a přeměna na akciovou společnost.
90. léta – Modernizace výroby, nákup nových výrobních technologií a rozšíření výrobních kapacit.
Současnost – Výroba přesahuje 1 milion kusů měsíčně, více než 50 % produkce je exportováno do více než 15 zemí.

Silný hráč na evropském trhu

Spojené kartáčovny zaměstnávají cca 420 lidí a dosahují ročního obratu přes 900 milionů Kč. Díky moderním technologiím a efektivní logistice patří mezi nejvýznamnější výrobce kartáčnického zboží nejen v České republice, ale i v celé Střední a Východní Evropě.
