Broom on a handle 5111/Z/613. Wooden lacquered body with thread, synthetic fibers (PET).
The broom is a common household tool that serves a similar function to a broom. It is used for sweeping dirt from horizontal smooth surfaces, most often performed indoors. Unlike a broom, however, brooms are usually designed for cleaning surfaces wet, meaning they can be used to mop the floor or wipe it, compared to a classic broom, they are generally softer and mechanically gentler on the surface being cleaned.
A regular broom is essentially a large horizontal brush, a larger wooden or plastic horizontal beam 30 to 60 centimeters long equipped with bristles or synthetic plastic fibers mounted on a rod 150 to 160 centimeters long, which forms the handle (stick) of the tool.

Wet mopping with a regular broom is usually done using a soaked cloth wrapped around the brush.
