Bros soft bait for mice, rats and rodents, 150 g

Place only in bait stations that are secured against accidental opening, and in areas where rodents are present: near their burrows/nests, feeding, and breeding areas, and on their trails. The soft bait should be placed in a shallow dish or in rodent bait boxes. The product must be replenished as long as it is being taken, otherwise not all individuals will be exterminated. Soft bait is packaged in small porous sachets, which should not be opened.

House mice:
use 60 g for every 5-10 m.

Common rat
use 100 g for every 5-10 m. Monitor bait stations and bait consumption, replenish bait and remove dead rodents 2-3 days after application indoors or 5-7 days after application around buildings, and then at least once a week.

Rodents are very suspicious and have a perfect sense of smell. For this reason, the containers used to apply the bait must be free of any odors (this also applies to gloves and all other equipment used during the laying of the product).

Each rodent station placed in a rodent-infested environment containing rodenticide should be labeled with the full name of the product, its active ingredient, antidote, and the name, address, and telephone number of the company that placed the bait. Additionally, there should be a warning that the station must not be manipulated or opened.

Regularly check rodent stations with bait. Replace damaged bait with fresh bait. Replenish the bait as long as its consumption by rodents continues and until the rodents disappear. During the rodent extermination intervention, it is necessary, at least during checks and when replenishing rodent stations, to collect the dead rodents and dispose of them in accordance with legal regulations.

If the bait is being permanently consumed, increase the number of rodent stations, but not the amount of bait within them. If the bait remains untouched and rodent presence is evident, relocate the rodent stations to other locations.

In private properties, basements, garages, garden buildings, etc., the product may be used non-professionally. In public buildings and establishments, offices, and industrial and commercial objects and their immediate surroundings, the product must be used professionally. The product may only be applied in places where house mice, rats, and mice are actually present.

Rodents begin to die 3-5 days after consuming the bait. After the rats have disappeared, remove the rodent stations with any remaining bait and also remove any potentially dispersed bait remains. If rodents reappear in the treated area, repeat the rodent extermination intervention.

Before using the product, consider non-chemical methods of rodent control.

Keep out of reach of children and untrained persons. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and skin.
When working with the product, use protective clothing and gloves. Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited during work. Before eating, drinking, and smoking and after finishing work, hands must be washed with water and soap. Use the product in such a way as to prevent contamination of food, beverages, feed, or their packaging, and to avoid contaminating kitchen utensils. If surface decontamination is necessary, use a sponge dampened in a 5% sodium chloride solution. The product may leave visible stains on fabrics.
Do not use in the open environment or against non-target organisms.
The product may only be used to exterminate harmful rodents according to the instructions for use and at the recommended dosage.
The product is toxic to mammals and birds. Dogs, cats, pigs, and other predators and scavengers may be poisoned by ingesting dead or dying harmful rodents affected by the product.
The product must be applied in commercial rodent stations that prevent unauthorized access to the bait for unauthorised persons and non-target organisms. Ideally, the rodent stations should be attached to the floor.
When using the product professionally in publicly accessible areas in public buildings, a visible notice must be posted that a rodent control is being conducted using this product. The notice must also include warnings about the possibility of primary and secondary poisoning, indications for first aid measures, and the contact details of the company conducting the intervention.
