Substrate preparation:
Apply Ceresit CS 11 acrylic sealant on substrates that are slightly damp (not wet), free of substances that affect adhesion such as grease, resins, dust (in these cases, the substrate should be degreased). Remove contamination and layers with insufficient adhesion, degrease and wash the substrate if necessary. Clean and widen the joints and edges of cracks or fissures so that their dimension is min. 5 x 5 mm. The thickness of the joint filling should be equal to its width, (min. but 5 mm). The edges of the joints can be bordered with adhesive tape, which makes it easier to remove excess sealant from the surrounding area.

processing:
Unscrew the application attachment from the CS 11 cartridge and cut off the cap at the upper end. Screw the attachment back on and cut diagonally to the appropriate diameter according to the joint width. Insert the cartridge into the extruder gun and press the sealant into the joints so that no voids remain under the sealant.Lightly dampen the area around the joint with clean Water within 15 minutes. Remove excess material with a squeegee dipped in Water, pulling in one direction.If adhesive tape is used, remove it immediately after folding. Wash off the fresh sealant with Water. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically. Screw the cap onto the tip of the spray attachment when interrupting work for a long time. When reusing, remove the cured material from the application attachment. We recommend that open packages are processed as soon as possible.

storage:
Up to 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a dry and cool environment, in original and undamaged packaging, at temperatures above +5°C.
