Ceys Montack invisible mounting glue, 135 g

Ceys Montack mounting glue with absolute adhesion for durable and easy attachment. Maximum versatile use on ALL materials: porous and non-porous including fine and wet surfaces. Specially designed for transparent materials requiring a clean finish.

Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, brittle, decomposable, dusty, or non-adhesive substrates or for coatings in poor condition.

With xTRA GRIP technology: branched polymers that create a three-dimensional network structure and ensure extreme initial adhesion, faster bonding, maximum final resistance.

• Specifically designed for applications where transparency is required, such as attaching glass and to glass, polycarbonate….

• Hooks, soap dishes, handles and accessories
• Door and window frames
• Signs and decorative panels

Materials - adheres to all:

Wood, metal, plastic, stone, bricks, concrete, plaster, cement, tiles, polyurethane (beams), expanded polystyrene, marble, mirrors etc… Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE.

Use of Ceys Montack High Tack mounting glue:

1. CLEAN the bonded surfaces. Surfaces must be perfectly CLEAN, free of dust or moisture.
2. CUT off the end of the cartridge cap and screw on the application nozzle trimmed to the required profile. Insert the cartridge into the gun.
3. APPLY in sufficient quantity at points or in strings on one bonding surface.
4. JOIN the surfaces with a light motion for even application of the glue and press HARD for at least 3 seconds.

The initial adhesion of the product depends on the application temperature. Optimal application temperature: +23 °C.

Recommendations:

Apply with a professional gun at temperatures between +15 °C and +23 °C. Use the special wide nozzle included in the product. Do not wait longer than 3 minutes between applying the adhesive and sticking. Maximum strength is achieved after 24 hours (72 hours in the case of bonding between non-porous substrates, rough layers or in areas with poor ventilation). Do not expose the object to load before this time has elapsed.
