Ceys Montack All-Purpose Instant Adhesive, 190 g

Ceys Montack adhesive with maximum adhesion for easy and strong fastening. Maximum versatile use on ALL materials: porous and non-porous including fine and wet surfaces. Specifically designed for transparent materials requiring a clean finish.

Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, fragile, degradable, dusty or non-stick substrates or on coatings in poor condition.

Utilizes xTRA GRIP technology: branched polymers forming a three-dimensional network structure, providing exceptional immediate adhesion, faster fixation, and maximum final strength.

• Electrical boxes, sockets, switches
• Hangers, soap dishes, handles, and accessories
• Door and window frames
• Signs and decorative panels

Materials - bonds all:

Wood, metals, plastics, stone, brick, concrete, plaster, cement, tiles, polyurethane (beams), polystyrene foam, marble, mirrors, and more… Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE.

Using Ceys Montack High Tack adhesive:

1. CLEAN the surfaces to be bonded. Surfaces must be perfectly CLEAN, free from dust or moisture.
2. CUT the end of the cartridge closure and screw on the applicator tip cut to the desired profile. Insert the cartridge into the gun.
3. APPLY in sufficient quantity in points or beads on one bonding surface.
4. JOIN the surfaces with a light motion for even distribution of the adhesive and PRESS firmly for at least 3 seconds.

The initial adhesion of the product depends on the temperature of application. Optimal application temperature: +23 °C.

Recommendations:

Use a professional gun at a temperature between +15 °C and +23 °C. Use the special wide nozzle that is part of the product. Do not wait longer than 3 minutes between applying the product and bonding. Maximum strength is achieved after 24 hours (72 hours in the case of bonding between non-porous substrates, rough layers, or in areas with poor ventilation). Do not subject the item to load before this time has passed.
