Shake well before use! Do not spray into eyes. Avoid inhaling the contents. Apply in sufficient amount before sun exposure. A smaller amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Allow to be absorbed thoroughly. Reapply regularly during the day, especially in the case of sweating, frequent swimming, and risk of rubbing off. The duration of action is not prolonged with repeated application. Even high SPF products do not provide 100% protection against UV rays. Do not stay in the sun too long even when using sun protection; excessive sun exposure poses serious health risks. Avoid direct midday sun (11 AM - 3 PM) especially.
