Usage of Nubian tanning oil:

For full body protection, apply the oil evenly in an amount of 6 teaspoons on dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Avoid the eye area. Applying a smaller amount reduces the level of protection. Reapply regularly throughout the day, especially after sweating, bathing, or towel drying.

Avoid excessive sun exposure during noon hours (11 am - 3 pm) and protect yourself with clothing, a hat, and sunglasses. Do not expose infants and young children to direct sunlight. Excessive sun exposure seriously endangers health. No sunscreen provides 100% protection against sunlight. Sunscreen may leave contact stains on fabrics and other materials.
