How to Properly Establish and Maintain a Lawn:

First, carefully remove weeds mechanically or chemically from the area intended for planting and shape it to the required form and slope. The properties of the soil in the vegetative layer can be enhanced, if necessary, by mixing in sand or peat substrate, then slightly compacting the surface.

Sowing the Grass Mixture:

Sowing can be done at any time during the growing season from spring to autumn. During warm and dry periods, it is essential to adequately water the area so that the vegetation does not dry out. Before sowing, prepare the substrate, lightly incorporate the seeds into the soil using a rake (but no more than 0.5 - 1 cm deep) and then roll the entire area when dry. A key step remains regular watering to maintain constant soil moisture. Fresh seedlings must not dry out, which would ruin the sowing. The seeds will germinate and start to grow within one to two weeks, so it is necessary to consistently water the lawn during this time.
