How to properly establish and maintain a lawn:

Carefully remove weeds from the area designated for sowing by mechanical or chemical means and adjust it to the desired slope and shape. To improve soil properties, incorporate peat substrate or sand into the vegetative layer as needed and slightly firm the surface.

Sowing the grass mix:

Sowing the lawn can be done anytime during the growing season from spring to autumn. During warm and dry months, it is necessary to irrigate the area to prevent the vegetation from drying out. Before sowing, prepare the surface, then lightly incorporate the seed into the soil with a rake (no deeper than 0.5 - 1 cm) and roll the entire area (in dry weather). A crucial step is
regular watering to maintain constant moisture across the entire area. Young seedlings must not dry out, as this would lead to the failure of the sowing. Within one to two weeks, the seeds will germinate and begin to grow, so it is essential to consistently water the lawn during this entire period.
