Using hair color:
Thoroughly mix the dye. Don't forget gloves. Start applying the color to the roots of the hair and let it work for 20 minutes. Evenly spread the rest on the hair. Wait 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Dry with a towel. Use conditioner.
