CERESIT CP 30 AquaBlock is a one-component silicone-rubber emulsion without solvents, ready for immediate use. It is intended for seamless surface protection, crack coverage, and roof insulation. Due to its versatility and easy application, it is ideal for renovation and repair of leaky joints and pipe penetrations.

Application and processing

• Preparation of the substrate: The substrate must be solid, clean, free of substances affecting adhesion (e.g. grease, resin, dust), dry, or slightly moist (max. 5% residual moisture).
• Application: The product is ready for immediate use and can be applied with a brush, roller, pad, or airless spraying. If using a primer, it must be completely dry before applying CP 30.
• Application conditions: Work in a dry environment with an air temperature of +10 °C to +30 °C and relative humidity up to 75%. The substrate temperature must be from +5 °C to +50 °C. When working in cold weather, ensure that the substrate temperature is at least 3 °C above the dew point, otherwise a separating wet film may form.
