Description Uniflex PES-SEALANT UNI universal sealant, 200 g
Uniflex sealant uni is a two-component universal polyester sealant designed for filling larger and smaller unevenness. It is primarily used on metal, steel, stone, concrete, and wood. The Uni sealant is paintable, for both indoor and outdoor use. Metal substrates prone to corrosion, especially outdoors, need to be treated with an anti-corrosion primer. The sealant is gray with a red hardener. The sealant must not be used for filling areas that come into direct contact with food and drinking water.

Processing of the universal sealant:
Substrate for the sealant:
The substrate must be clean, dry, load-bearing, free of rust, grease, and oil. Original coatings should be sanded down to the substrate. Treat metal substrates with a primer that has anti-corrosion properties – this is particularly important outdoors.
Hardening of the sealant:
The sealant is hardened with the hardener in a weight ratio of 100 parts sealant : 2 parts hardener. Excessive addition of the hardener is undesirable. It can lead to blooming and discoloration in the subsequent topcoat.
Processing time of the sealant:
3 – 4 minutes at + 20 °C. The reaction mixture must not fall below +5 °C.
Application of the sealant:
by trowelling.
Drying and sanding time of the sealant:
at + 20°C approximately after 15 minutes against dust, sandable after 25 minutes.

Při expozici nebo podezření na ni: Vyhledejte lékařskou pomoc/ošetření. Zamezte vdechování prachu/dýmu/plynu/mlhy/par/aerosolů. V případě nedostatečného větrání používejte vybavení pro ochranu dýchacích cest. Při vdechnutí: Při obtížném dýchání přeneste postiženého na čerstvý vzduch a ponechte jej v klidu v poloze usnadňující dýchání. Uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí.
