CONSTRUCTION GYPSUM is a universal, fast-setting gypsum for construction, plumbing, electrical and heating work. You can use it for repairs, leveling, and patching uneven walls and ceilings before painting (plasters, masonry, panels, drywall, etc.) as well as for quickly securing cables, pipes, electrical outlets, anchors, and the installation of profiles during renovations in both interior and exterior spaces.

Gypsum working procedure:

The substrate must be solid and cohesive, free from dirt and grease. Clean the area where the application will take place and moisten it with water using a brush or spray bottle. In a gypsum mixing bowl, measure 0.25 liters of clean water and slowly add 0.5 kg of gypsum. After about 1 minute of resting and soaking, mix the gypsum with a spatula into a smooth mixture without lumps. The consistency should resemble thick porridge. From this moment, the working time for the gypsum is approximately 6 minutes. Complete hardening occurs in about 11–13 minutes depending on the temperature. Use clean containers and tools during processing. Only work with gypsum at ambient and substrate temperatures above 5 °C. Do not load anchored materials (anchors, etc.) for at least 12 hours.

Physical and mechanical properties of gypsum:

• Color: gray.
• The stated values of technical data are average (actual properties may exhibit certain deviations).
• Bulk density 900 ± 200 kg/m³.
• Setting time start > 6 minutes.
• Setting time end < 11 minutes.
• Granularity, R=0.2mm < 5 %.
• Water-to-gypsum ratio for 1 kg of gypsum is 0.5 liters of water
• Changing the gypsum and water ratio will affect the properties of the processed gypsum, especially the setting time and the resulting strength.

Storage stability:
If the product is stored in its original unopened packaging, in a dry environment and at a temperature of 5–30 °C, the shelf life is 24 months from the filling date indicated on the package. If the product is exposed to moisture before processing, its physical properties may change, and its reactivity with water may decrease. Opened or damaged packages must be adequately protected from atmospheric moisture during processing or prior to it.

Health and safety at work:
Do not consume food or beverages, smoke, and follow basic hygiene rules while working. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with running water for 10–15 minutes. If swallowed accidentally, rinse your mouth and drink at least 0.5 liters of water.

Disposal of waste and packaging:
Do not dispose of unused product or leftover hardened gypsum other than with municipal waste.
