CONSTRUCTION PLASTER is a versatile quick-setting plaster designed for construction, plumbing, electrical, and heating work. It is suitable for repairs, leveling, and patching uneven walls and ceilings before painting (plaster, masonry, panels, drywall, etc.) and for quick fixing of cables, pipes, electrical outlets, dowels, and the installation of profiles during renovations in both interiors and exteriors.
Plaster application procedure:
The substrate must be firm and cohesive, free of dirt and grease. Clean the application area and moisten it with water using a brush or spray. In a plaster bowl, measure out 0.25 liters of clean water and slowly pour in 0.5 kg of plaster. After about 1 minute of settling and absorption, mix the plaster with a spatula into a smooth consistency without lumps. The consistency should be like thick porridge. From this moment, the working time of the plaster is approximately 6 minutes. Full curing occurs depending on the temperature in approximately 11–13 minutes. Use clean containers and tools during processing. Process the plaster only at ambient and substrate temperatures above 5 °C. Do not load anchored materials (dowels, etc.) for at least 12 hours.
Storage:
If stored in original unopened packaging in a dry environment at temperatures of 5–30 °C, the shelf life is 24 months from the filling date indicated on the packaging. Exposure to moisture before processing may alter the physical properties and reduce reactivity with water. To protect the product during or prior to processing, opened or damaged packages must be adequately protected from atmospheric moisture.
Health and safety during work:
Do not eat, drink, smoke and observe basic hygiene rules while working. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with running water for 10–15 minutes. If accidentally ingested, rinse mouth and drink at least 0.5 liters of water.
Waste and packaging disposal:
Dispose of unused product or residues of hardened plaster with municipal waste.
