CONSTRUCTION PLASTER is a universal quick-setting plaster intended for construction, plumbing, electrical, and heating work. It is suitable for repairs, leveling, and filling unevenness of walls and ceilings before painting (plaster, masonry, panels, drywall, etc.) and for quick fixing of cables, pipes, electrical outlets, anchors, and setting profiles during renovations in both interiors and exteriors.
Plaster working procedure:
The substrate must be solid and cohesive, free of dirt and grease. Clean the application area and moisten it with water using a brush or spray. In a plaster mixing bowl, measure 0.25 l of clean water and slowly add 0.5 kg of plaster. After approximately 1 minute of resting and soaking, mix the plaster with a spatula into a smooth mixture without lumps. The consistency should be similar to thick porridge. From this moment, the time for processing the plaster is about 6 minutes. Complete curing occurs depending on the temperature in approximately 11-13 minutes. Use clean containers and tools during processing. Process plaster only when the ambient and substrate temperature is above 5 °C. Do not load anchored materials (anchors, etc.) for at least 12 hours.
Storage:
When stored in unopened original packaging in a dry environment at a temperature of 5–30 °C, the shelf life is 24 months from the filling date printed on the packaging. Exposure to moisture before processing may result in changes in physical properties and reduced reactivity with water. To protect the product during or before processing, opened or damaged packaging must be properly protected from atmospheric moisture.
Safety and health protection at work:
Do not eat, drink, smoke during work, and follow basic hygiene rules. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water for 10–15 minutes. If accidentally ingested, rinse your mouth and drink at least 0.5 l of water.
Waste and packaging disposal:
Dispose of unused product or remnants of hardened plaster together with municipal waste.
