Description Uniflex oil-based glazing putty, paintable, 1 kg
Uniflex oil-based glazing putty for repairing minor irregularities. The putty dries to the touch within 24 hours and is paintable after 14 days. For sealing and securing sheet glass into wooden and metal frames. The wooden frame must be free of all mechanical impurities and must be primed with a base coat before glazing. Glazing putty is applied in a thin layer into the rabbet, and the glass pane is laid in such a way that it adheres over its entire surface. The glass is secured with clips, and the putty is pressed into the rabbet where the glass is set using a glazing knife. After filling the rabbet, the surface of the putty is smoothed.
Application of glazing putty:
Using a special glazing knife or spatula.
Thinner for glazing putty:
Linseed oil varnish.
Color of glazing putty:

Consistency of glazing putty:
buttery, suitable for application, should not drip from the spatula.
