Description Uniflex oil-based glazing putty, paintable, 6 kg
Uniflex oil-based glazing putty for repairing small irregularities. The putty dries to the touch within 24 hours and is paintable after 14 days. For sealing and securing sheet glass into wooden and metal frames. The wooden frame must be free of any mechanical debris before glazing and must be primed and painted with a base coat. Glazing putty is applied in a thin layer into the rabbet, and the glass pane is laid down to make full contact. The glass is secured with clips, and the putty is pressed into the rabbet where the glass is set using a glazing knife. Once the rabbet is filled, the surface of the putty is smoothed out.

With a special glazing knife or spatula.
Thinner for glazing putty:
Linseed oil.
Color of glazing putty:

Consistency of glazing putty:
buttery, suitable for application must not run off the spatula.
Composition of glazing putty:
